1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the real-money features of the mylucky888 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and a valid email address. Registration constitutes your agreement to these Terms in full.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. mylucky888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Completion of KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and in some cases a selfie photograph holding the ID document. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed at our discretion.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mylucky888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) may also be accepted subject to separate terms.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or promotional offers. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on your account tier and selected payment method.

5.3 Deposit Integrity

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposits found to originate from payment accounts not belonging to the registered player will be held pending investigation and may be reversed. mylucky888 does not accept funds derived from illegal activities.

5.4 Processing Times

Most deposits are credited instantly. In rare cases where a payment provider experiences delays, your funds will be credited as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the provider. mylucky888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To submit a withdrawal request, the following conditions must all be satisfied:

• Your Account KYC verification has been successfully completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been fully met.
• Your Account is in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or fraud flags.
• Your requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance in your Account.
• Your withdrawal does not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for your Account tier.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times by method are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX within 1–4 hours during banking hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–60 minutes subject to network conditions. These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or public holidays in Malaysia.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, alternative methods may be approved by our support team following identity verification.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until sufficient balance has accumulated.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and promotional credits offered by mylucky888 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement must generate RM2,000 in total qualifying wagers before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

mylucky888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, coordinated play between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any behaviour deemed by mylucky888 to be exploitative of promotional terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without notice. The validity period for each bonus will be stated in the respective promotion terms.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

mylucky888 is committed to maintaining a fair, honest, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of bots or automation software: Using any software, script, or algorithm to automate play, place bets, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider for any deposit made to mylucky888. Such action will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity. mylucky888 is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions.
• Fraudulent misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform.

mylucky888 uses automated monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play. Where suspicious activity is identified, we reserve the right to suspend an Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before releasing any funds.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Age Restriction: All players must be 21 years of age or above. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated.

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

mylucky888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• The player is found to be ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, prohibited jurisdiction).
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate the closure of an Account.

In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, legitimate balances will be returned using a verified payment method following satisfactory KYC checks.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any unused real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following identity verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

mylucky888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 14 Governing Law
